The Reviewing Procedure
Each paper is evaluated by two independent reviewers with competence in the field are allocated for each submitted paper. In case of conflicting conclusions, the paper is sent for reviewing to the third reviewer. The review process is single blind, i.e. the reviewers have access to the authors’ name(s).
At the end of the review process, the conclusion of the reviewers are sent to the authors. Often, the submissions need some (usually minor) coorections before the actual publication.
Reviewers are not paid for the paper reviewing.

The editors and publishers make no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the material contained in the Annals.
The submitted manuscripts should follow the below mentioned conditions
(1) the content falls within the scope of the journal,
(2) the manuscript follows editorial policy and procedural guidelines
(3) that it does not contain an unacceptable level of overlap with manuscripts that are already in press.
A manuscript could be rejected without additional review for one or more of the previous reasons, and the author notified.
