Abstract

In the course of the study, we have examined the offense provided for in art. 375 of the Criminal Code, on which occasion we had in particular the previous incrimination. The constitutive content of the offense was examined by referring to the recent and previous doctrine, but which remains very topical even in the present conditions, each time referring to the recent judicial practice. The work is part of the university course on Criminal Law, Special Part, to be published at a prestigious publishing house in the country. Designed in an acceptable note, it can be useful to both practitioners and students of law schools in the country.
