Résumé

In the last period, the international economy is marked by a diversity of fundamental transformations that shape the architecture of the interdependencies on the basis of which it operates. Two main, dynamic and largely complementary forces leave their mark on the new dynamics of the international economic picture: the deepening of the globalization process at the scale of the international economy and the emergence and maturation of regional commercial arrangements

At the same time, we are witnessing the fundamental redefinition of the foundations of international specialization, the redesign of the architecture of the actors participating in the global economic and commercial concert, and the fundamental change of the determinants of competitiveness on a regional and international scale.
