Publicistica lui Duiliu Zamfirescu

Abstract

Duiliu Zamfirescu, the author of “Comăneştenilor Cycle”, has made an
outstanding contribution not only on the development of novel forms, but also on the
Romanian journalism. About the latter ,it would be much to say, since it is a literary
territory insufficiently investigated and particularly attractive for the advised
researcher. Extensive, diverse thematically and stylistically ,uneven as a value,
journalism reveals a strong personality, unpredictable, even contradictory. The
intolerant spirit of Zamfirescu makes it particularly interesting, sometimes spectacular,-
our belief is, that's why this type of writing is an important component of the work of
Duiliu Zamfirescu, without which, all would be deprived of a representative sequence of
intellectual and moral complexity portrait of the author. The work proposes a sequential
approach of the mentioned corpus in order to process history and literary criticism in
the existing correlative journalism, for further and deeper analysis
