Impactul educaţional al modelelor comportamentale în formarea resursei umane
Abstract
In the context of rethinking education system is imperative that the initial training, to develop a
methodological framework that provides legal and functional prerequisite skills certification specific to
education. The paradigms of change is marked by the tendency of the European Union to bring a common
educational efforts, to create the European Higher Education Area, offers the opportunity of education to
restructure and adapt initial and continuing training of teachers in rethinking, reformulation, re-institutionalized
components. From this perspective, the professionalization of teaching involves a redefinition of the powers of
nature competences witch is based on effective teaching practices, including, apart from knowledge and skills
and schemes of thinking/reasoning, interpretation, creation of hypotheses, the anticipation of decision.
