The Dynamics of Identity: Pathways to Biographical Reconstruction

Abstract

The study follows the way in which the narrative becomes a space for meeting and dialogue between one's own identity and the perceptions, interpretations or values of the other, through fictional elements, the investigation of the narrative techniques used leads to the sublimation of the narrated biography into a biographical fiction that mosaics aspects of the life and work of Hortensia Papadat-Bengescu in a trajectory of identity reconstruction.
