Static Analysis of a Thermal Support

Abstract

In this paper, a simulation is performed using CATIA software and the finite element method, regarding the static analysis of a thermally stressed support. The simulations were performed for several temperatures: 20 oC, 100 oC, 200 oC, and 300 oC, in order to observe the behavior of the support made of different materials at these temperatures.
