Abstract
This article exposes the difficulties and basic assumptions that have the utilitarian position of R.M. Hare and Peter Singer. It is discusses the difficulties of the distinction between the two levels suggested for these utilitarian: the intuition and the critic. This position has basic assumptions that debilitate that distinction: that there is a basic end or goods for the man.
