Abstract
The issue of training and development of human personality is the foundation of pedagogical studies that have demonstrated over time finalist character - systemic - and determining procedural psycho - social, subjective interactionist - symbolic, which dominates the educational reality. Model human behavior, whether it is offered, induced, encouraged, supported or required, subject to teleological purpose of determining time of systemic process, painstaking, thoroughly prepared, aiming to achieve clear targets through strategies developed, implemented and evaluated in accordance with new social requirements.
