Abstract

The paper presents in the first part the behavior of EH 36 steel in mechanized MAG welding of butt-welded joints from the naval field. Further, corrosion of the marine environment is analyzed by the electrochemical method. The paper is completed with the corrosion influence on the roughness of the welded joints surfaces.
