The Role of Communication Management in Strengthening Organisational Culture
Abstract
This study explores the interdependence between communication management and
organisational culture, highlighting the fact that a strong culture cannot exist without
coherent information flows. Communication management is not merely the transfer of data,
but rather the strategic process through which leaders’ values, mission, and vision are
internalised by employees. At the same time, communication management is the active tool
through which an organisation’s abstract values are transformed into everyday realities. It
not only conveys information but also “shapes” how employees perceive the company’s
mission and interact with one another.
