Abstract

In Entwicklungsprozessen von Gesellschaften sind Konflikte unvermeidbar. Unsere eigene Geschichte der letzten Jahrhunderte gibt davon ein beredtes Zeugnis. Die Transformation ganzer Länder und Gesellschaften führt zwangsläufig zu Spannungen, erst recht, wenn damit ein völliger Systemwechsel verbunden ist. Es geht um Macht, Beteiligung und Lebenschancen, um die Definition künftig geltender Wertvorstellungen, um den Ausgleich unterschiedlicher Interessen.
