THE LANGUAGE OF CULTURE

Abstract

Communicationally speaking, culture, defined as the sum of the human
achievements of cultural reference, is organized in valuable languages. The
cultural communication is the interactive transfer between the human beings and
the cultural act. In cultural institutions, like „V.A. Urechia” Public Library from
Galati, language is transmitted by its specific communicational paradigms which
become functions of language and the most important are: communication
representation, information, communication. In the particular case of „V.A.
Urechia” Public Library, when it comes to language, it is extremely important to
use the right language for each user; for example, in the case of students, it is
recommended to have knowledge on topics like: sciences, literature, IT or social
networking and use the specific language of each domain.
