International Words in Romanian Vocabulary

Résumé

This article refers to international terms of the Romanian language as a category of faring
words. We can distinguish several categories of international words if we consider the way they have spread in different languages. In the past some languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, English, French spread words of Amerindian languages, Hindi, Eskimo, Chinese, Japanese etc. Today international words of English or other languages are spread directly through the media.
