Résumé

In the actual context of social distancing due to the Corona virus, many hospitality facilities face an economic crisis. Tourists are very concerned and think twice before choosing to accommodate in a hotel. In order to limit human contact, many studies have been developed with the aim to find the best options for front desk services and tourist access control. Other issues that had to be taken care of were security and energy efficiency. In this paper is proposed a study of different hotel management facilities that should respond to the actual needs of both the hoteliers and the tourists, in order to ensure a safer and comfortable staying.
