The Role of Organizational Innovation for Public Service Reform In Romania

Résumé

Many governments around the world, including the Romanian government, initiated public sector reforms a few decades ago. Reforming the public service and changing the organizational culture through innovative solutions have formed the focus of attention for the Romanian public authorities for many years. The present paper intends to offer an analysis that highlights the importance of the reform of the specific domain of human resources in public administration, whose contribution to the overall performance of this sector cannot be contested.
