An In-depth study on the effect of stretching exercises on the body sculpting of teenage girls of 11 – 12 years old
Abstract
This paper starts from the premises that flexibility (range of motion and muscle elasticity) can be improved by using stretching type xercises, also contributing to enhancing the movement of individuals.
Through the chosen theme, the paper proposes the following objectives: improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility acts to increase driving efficiency and enhanced flexibility, in all joints and muscle groups and also the prevention and correction of postural deficiencies (poor attitudes).
